I just happened upon this recipe on Pinterest for egg-less chocolate chip cooke dough one day and saved it. A few weeks later, que PMS, and I decided to whip some up… cautiously. I’ve had a few other versions of egg-less cookie dough, and they left much to be desired. BUT, OH MY GOODNESS. This was DELICIOUS!! Of course, I tweaked it just a smidgen to be a bit more friendly on the waist line… but, I mean, it’s definitely still “dessert”!
6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. dark chocolate chips
- Using a mixer, cream butter and sugar together. Add in vanilla and salt.
- Add flour.
- Add in milk.
- Fold in mini and dark chocolate chips. You can use whatever kind of mix in you like. I love the mixture of small chocolate chips and big chunks of dark chocolate!
- Store leftovers in fridge.
