I am so excited to share with you something I have been working on for awhile now. In the hopes to be as transparent as possible and provide you with all of the information you would need to book a session, upfront, you can now complete your entire session booking online!
Here’s a bit about how the pieces work:
The General Details
You can go to my website under “work with me” and then choose which type of sessions you’re interested in- Lifestyle (maternity, newborn, family) or Branding. You’ll then be directed to a page that shows all of the booking options available for that type of session. The example above is for a Lifestyle Session. Each booking option lists approximate length of your session, how many digital files are included and other details such as location and wardrobe.
When you see a session that interests you, you can click “learn more”, which will bring you to the page above. Here you will find out more details about location and wardrobe as well as price and add-on options. There are steps listed at the top of each page to direct you on how to complete the booking process.
On the page you clicked from the “learn more” button, when you scroll to the bottom, you’ll see the package price, then add-ons you may want to add. You’ll also see a questionnaire that will provide answers for me to better plan for your session. You will need to click the submit/next button at the bottom of that page where you’ll then be taken to your contract and invoice. Complete those three pieces- proposal-contract-invoice and your session is booked!
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a welcome email to confirm your session is booked, as well as a link to our scheduler to pick a date for your session! Rest assured, if there are no dates listed on the calendar that work, we will be sure to find something else that works! If not, you will be completely refunded your retainer.
I hope that this process makes it easy and straight forward for you to book a session with me. It allows you to see all of the information, whenever is convenient for you, rather than a bunch of emails going back and forth and waiting for responses (though I do pride myself on my quick response time!).
More Session Options
You may also note, and perhaps even more exciting, is there are more booking options to better accommodate all budgets and image count needs. With each session, I always get the question, can we purchase more digital files than are listed in our package? The answer, usually, is YES! I always like to provide a selection of images to choose from. So, for example, if you chose a Petite Session, which includes 15 digital files, your gallery would likely have 20-25 images. You can then choose your favorite 15 images, and of course, if you’d like to add on more, you always can! This method provides a lot of flexibility for you and what your needs are!
