This week, we are sharing all about what to bring to your maternity session. We want your experience with us to be one of ease, and one way to ensure that outcome is to help you feel prepared and excited before you arrive at our studio!
Curious What To Bring To Your Maternity Session? Here are some of our favorite tips.
We’ve got you covered if you’re wondering what to bring to your studio maternity session.
Number one on our list is your preferred undergarments. If you plan to utilize the studio wardrobe, you won’t have to worry about bringing dresses. But it is a good idea to bring a variety of undergarments. We recommend a nude or white color if you opt for something sheer or white.
If you’ve had your hair and make-up done, remember to wear something easy to take off that won’t mess up your hair and make-up!
If you have any special items to include in your maternity session, please bring them. This could include something special that you’ve purchased or a family heirloom. This can be a nice way to personalize your session.
Lastly, a good night’s sleep and drinking plenty of water is always a good idea. We know those later days of pregnancy can be a little more challenging when it comes to getting good sleep, but preparing ahead of time and getting in bed early is a good idea.
Drinking lots of water the week of your session (if you aren’t already) is also a great way to ensure your skin looks glowy and hydrated for your session.
Bridgette’s NC Maternity Session
This sweet mama came to me and knew she wanted a studio and outdoor maternity session. We started the session in the CWP studio and then drove to Abersham Park (just a 5-minute drive from the studio) to get the outdoor looks.
These two also wanted to include their sweet pup in their session, and we had the best time getting portraits of them with their first little love.
