As a Pineville newborn photographer, nothing is sweeter than photographing a precious new little one. For this family, we planned an in-home session to celebrate the arrival of their newest and tiniest little love.

In-home newborn sessions are some of my very favorite ways to document this special time for families. I love how relaxed they are and how comfortable clients feel being in their own space. A New Little Love

Mom and Dad were high school sweethearts, and this is their first baby! Working with all my clients is truly a joy, but I loved hearing their story. The longevity of theirs warmed my heart.

They even invited their parents to be part of the excitement, and I’m so thrilled we could invite them. You could tell just how over the moon in love they were with this precious boy.

We were even able to sneak in a few portraits with them toward the end of our session, and I love that they will have these portraits to remember this time.

Baby boy was such a snuggly, sleepy little guy for his entire session, too. One of my favorite portraits is the one of him yawning. We kept things simple for his wraps and blankets, and Mom wore one of my most popular dresses from the studio wardrobe. I loved the shade of blue-green to celebrate their sweet baby boy.

Mom and dad also wanted to include their precious dog, Millie, in the session. She was so well-behaved and is already warming right up to her new baby.

It’s so fun when families include their pups in their sessions, and I’m always up for the extra snuggles for in-home or studio sessions!
