Sure, all of those things add up to a good experience, but to me, it also means responding to my clients in a timely manner, answering all of their questions, helping them navigate the online gallery shop and deciding what the best framing options are. Unfortunately this sweet family had to move away shortly after we met, but we were able to squeeze in a couple of milestone sessions, and this last one was her one year photos and cake smash and it was such a good way to wrap up our time together!
