It’s hard to believe this session was back in the fall! Time flies y’all. Lucky for me, I got to see this family (or at least that handsome little man in green!) quite often over the course of 2015!
After discovering the beauty of the Davidson College Campus, I made quite a few trips back there throughout the fall. This was one of the very first sessions I did there, and it made for a beautiful backdrop!
Doesn’t he just look like he’s 2 going on 20? I can just picture him hanging out on the steps of campus as a college kid- chuck taylors and all!
That look… it could win any mama heart over! This was in the midst of playing hide and seek around a bush!
Boys and their trucks… I always love to sneak these little intimate moments between the littles and their parents. It’s almost as if I wasn’t even there eaves-dropping on their playdate.
This little buddy KNOWS I happen to have an orange steam roller truck and squeaky dog that I carry in my bag specifically for play sessions with mom.
During every session I like to sneak mom and dad away if possible to get some photos of just the two of them. So often we are focused on the kids that we forget who we were before them. It’s always nice to have a picture to come back to every once in awhile to remember 🙂
