This sweet family came to me on the heels of a bad experience with another photographer. We hit it off right away and they were so pleased with their experience with me, which is always a great thing to hear!
Client experience is the #1 most important thing for me in my business. It doesn’t matter how great your photos are (I mean, ok, it definitely matters, but might not if you have a bad experience), how great your wardrobe is (or if you provide one) or how great your client guide is if you aren’t treating your clients well.
Sure, all of those things add up to a good experience, but to me, it also means responding to my clients in a timely manner, answering all of their questions, helping them navigate the online gallery shop and deciding what the best framing options are. It means surprising them along the way with unexpected gifts, treating them like friends and their kids like my own. It really is one of the most important things to me to build a relationship with my clients, to watch their family grow right along side them and for them to have the BEST experience.
Unfortunately this sweet family had to move away shortly after we met, but we were able to squeeze in a couple of milestone sessions, and this last one was her one year photos and cake smash and it was such a good way to wrap up our time together!
