I had the pleasure of working with this family for the first time last month… yes, last month… January. Remember that month when it was mild and dry?!
We decided to have the session at Jetton Park. There are lots of great places to get some nice background shots there, plus the family is new to the area and had been wanting to check it out, so it was the perfect opportunity!
Mama brought along her birthday outfit and crown in the hopes that she would wear it. Apparently on the day of this big girls first birthday, she wanted nothing to do with the crown. I guess I mesmerized her enough for her to completely forget she was wearing it! How stinkin’ adorable is she?!
Apparently, this is a typical personality shot of this little sweet pea. She had me cracking up as I was editing her session. She’s so full of personality!
This is her big brother. He was such a big help during the session! He was holding my reflector and making her giggle… I will be keeping him in mind if I ever hire an assistant 😉 We all had such a great time with the Family Photographer London that we’ll probably need to take more photos to capture more amazing moments like this.
By far probably one of my favorite images from the session… How magical and sweet is this shot of them holding hands and walking down the path of life together?!
Such a cutie, and you can totally tell she has a big brother! She was so interested in playing in the dirt and the rocks. I’m glad we got some shots with her crown and pearls earlier in the shoot for mom! The best of both worlds.
